General Responsibility
All retreats hosted by external facilitators are operated independently of BlueGreen
Sanctuary. It is the sole responsibility of the facilitator to market, fill, manage, and deliver
their retreat. BlueGreen Sanctuary accepts no responsibility or liability for external facilitators, their guests, or the content, outcomes, or conduct of any retreat held on the property.
Alcohol-Free Venue
BlueGreen Sanctuary is a non-smoking, alcohol and plant medicine free venue. This policy is in place to support presence, safety, clarity, and the transformative nature of the work conducted onsite. All facilitators and guests are required to respect this policy for the duration of their stay.
Bookings & Stay Requirements
– A minimum stay of three (3) nights applies. (One- or two-day retreats may be considered by prior agreement with management.)
– Check-in: Facilitators & caterers – 1:00 pm | Guests – 3:00 pm
– Check-out: Strictly 10:00 am for all guests.
– Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior agreement and may incur
additional charges.
Rates & Charges
Venue hire is charged at a flat nightly rate for exclusive use of BlueGreen Sanctuary.
All rates are quoted in AUD, inclusive of GST, and subject to change.
Venue hire excludes catering and additional wellbeing services (e.g. massage, yoga,
breathwork), which are charged separately as per the published price list.
Capacity & Accommodation
– Maximum overnight accommodation capacity is 18 guests.
– A maximum5 day guests may be permitted by prior agreement with management and are charged at $120 per guest per day.
– Tents, campervans, or other temporary accommodation are not permitted.

All vehicles must be parked within designated onsite parking areas. Parking on roads
or grassed areas is strictly prohibited.
Security Bond
– A $1,000 security bond is payable with the final accommodation payment.
– Bond deductions are rare; however, costs may be deducted for damage, breakages, lost items, or excessive cleaning.
– Particular attention is drawn to the kitchen, which must be returned to its original condition, including:
– Stove, oven, BBQ cleaned
– All dishes washed and put away
– Dishwashers emptied
– Floors swept and mopped
Marketing & Use of Images
Upon receipt of deposit and booking confirmation, facilitators will receive a
Welcome Pack and access to BlueGreen Sanctuary’s image library. These images may be used only to promote retreats held at BlueGreen Sanctuary.
Images must not be used for any other venue, brand, website, or commercial purpose.
Any photographic or video content captured at BlueGreen Sanctuary may only be used to promote retreats, events, or workshops hosted at BlueGreen Sanctuary.
Conduct, Noise & Use of Property
Excessive noise, disturbance, or antisocial behaviour is strictly prohibited. A first complaint will result in a warning. A second complaint will result in immediate eviction without refund of fees or bond.
Weddings, parties, schoolies, bucks, hens, or similar events are not permitted under any circumstances.
BlueGreen Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse bookings deemed inappropriate or
likely to cause disturbance.
Payments
Bookings within 30 days: Full payment required at booking.
Bookings 1–4 months prior:
50% deposit at booking, balance due 30 days prior.
Bookings over 4 months prior:
o 25% non-refundable deposit at booking o 25% progress payment due 4 months prior
o Final 50% plus $1,000 bond due 1 month prior. Payments may be made by credit card or bank transfer. (Visa & Mastercard: 2% fee | Amex: 3% fee)
Failure to meet payment terms may result in release of booked space.
Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations
Where no NSW Government restrictions apply, bookings are non-cancellable.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable according to the following:
– 4 months prior: deposit non-refundable
– 1–4 months prior: deposit and progress payment non-refundable
– 1 month prior: full booking cost non-refundable
If dates are rebooked in full, fees will be refunded in full. Rescheduling is only permitted more than 6 months prior to arrival.
All cancellations incur a $150 administration fee. Written notice is required for all cancellations or changes.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Maintenance &Property Access
BlueGreen Sanctuary is a working property requiring routine maintenance. Gardening, pool servicing, and general maintenance may occur during your stay. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption.
Cleaning & Laundry
End-of-stay cleaning and linen laundering are included.
Mid-stay cleaning may be arranged at additional cost.
Guests and facilitators are expected to leave the property as found.
The chef is responsible for returning the kitchen to its original condition.
Insurance & Liability
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially for international facilitators. BlueGreen Sanctuary accepts no liability for travel disruptions, injuries, losses, or cancellations.
Facilitators and participants waive any claim against BlueGreen Sanctuary for loss,
injury, or damage.
Force Majeure
BlueGreen Sanctuary shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts
of God. Where possible, retreats will be rescheduled within 12 months.
Smoking, Pets & Personal Property

The property is strictly non-smoking. Breaches will incur bond deductions.
Pets are not permitted without prior approval.
Personal belongings are not covered by BlueGreen Sanctuary insurance.
Privacy
BlueGreen Sanctuary complies with the Privacy Act 1988. Personal information may be usedvfor service delivery and marketing. Guests may unsubscribe at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms &vConditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. You submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of NSW.
Disclaimers & Indemnity
Utility interruptions are beyond our control.
Property descriptions are provided in good faith.
Guests and facilitators indemnify BlueGreen Sanctuary against all claims arising from their stay.
